What you will do:
The store manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the store. Working within a team, the store manager is responsible for the fulfillment of all the tasks and functions of the store on a daily basis.
Good to know:
The store manager is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage the visual presentation of the store while making sure to constantly have products on the shelves;
  • Hire, develop, train and motivate a team of assistants-Manager, keys holders and store clerks;
  • Manage work schedules based on the budget of hours;
  • Manage and resolve complaints, queries and / or customer requests;
  • Make sure that the procedures for opening and closing of the store are properly followed;
  • Ensure that employees work in a safe manner and abide by health and safety standards in the workplace.
Good to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the retail industry, including at least 2 years in a management position;
  • Very good knowledge of the French language;/li>
  • Flexibility at the level of availability and the work schedule (days, evenings and weekends);
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment;
  • A good sense of the Company and ability to manage priorities;
  • Strong skills in leadership and communication.
